Super individualists - entrepreneurs break the rules and are risk-takers, and are the founding figures behind a succesful business idea and forge organizational identity
Managing refers to a person in charge of controlling and directing the affairs of a business, institution or agency

- Informal social rules

- Front-stage positioning dependent on many back stage alliances and blurred identities and boundaries
