Physical activity includes, bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles, produces health benefits, requires low to moderate intensity effort,
while exercise is type of physical activity that requires planned, structured and repetitive bodily movement to improve or maintain one more component of physical fitness, usually requires vigorous effort

Exercise science is a umbrella term used to describe the study of numerous aspects of physical activity, exercise, sport, and athletic performance that have the common characteristic of movement. And the adaptations that occur as a result of physical activity and regular exercise
