Abductor Hallucis

A

O- medial process of the calcaneal tuberosity and adjacent margins of them flexor retinaculum and plantar aponeurosis
I- medial side of the base of the proximal phalanx of the big toe and medial sesamoid bone which is associated with the tendon of the flexor hallucis braves muscle

Q

Flexor Digitorum Brevis

A

O- medial process of the calcenal tuberosity and from the adjacent plantar aponeurosis
I- coverege anteriorly form 4 tendons which enter one of the lateral four toes
near the base of the proximal phalanx of the toe, each tendon splits to pass dorsally around each side of the tendon of the flexor digitorum longuss and attach to the margins of the middle phalanx
A- flexes the lateral 4 toes at the proximal interphalangeal joints
I- Medial Plantar branch of the tibial nerve

Q

Abductor digiti minimi

A

O- lateral and medial processes of the calcanea tuberosity and from a fibrous band of connective tissue which connects the calcaneus with the base of the metatarsal
I- travels in a shoulder groove on the plantar surface of the base of the metatarsal and continues to attach to then lateral side of the base of the proximal phalanx of the little toe
A- abducts the little toe at the metatarsophalangeal joint
