O: 1 - medial side of 1st FDL tendon, 2-adjacent sides of 1st and 2nd FDL tendons, 3- adjacent sides of 2nd and 3rd FDL tendons, 4- adjacent sides of 3rd & 4th FDL tendons
I: Medial side of proximal phalanx and dorsal expansion of 2-5 EDL tendons
A: Flexes 2nd-5th MTP joints; assits in extension of 2nd-5th IP joints
N: Medial plantar nerve (S1-S2)-1st one, Lateral plantar nerve (S2-S3) - 2-4
BS: Medial & Lateral Plantar arteries
