A: Abduction of 1st toe, helps with flexion

Flexor Digitorum Brevis
O: Medial process of tuberosity of calcaneus; plantar aponeurosis
I: Middle phalanx of toes 2-5
A: flexes PIP joints, helps with MTP flexion

Abductor Digiti Minimi
O: Medial & Lateral process of tuberosity of calcaneus; plantar aponeurosis
I: Lateral, proximal phalanx of 5th digit
A: Abducts 5th digit, helps with flexion
N: Lateral Plantar Nerve (S1-S3)
BS: Lateral plantar artery
Quadratus Plantae
O: Medial-middle surface of calcaneus; Lateral-lateral border of plantar surface of calcaneus
I: Lateral margin, dorsal and plantar surface of tendon of FDL
A: Changes the line of pull of the FDL, assists in flexion of 2-5 toes
N: Lateral Plantar Nerver (S1-S3)
BS: Posterior Tibial Artery

O: 1 - medial side of 1st FDL tendon, 2-adjacent sides of 1st and 2nd FDL tendons, 3- adjacent sides of 2nd and 3rd FDL tendons, 4- adjacent sides of 3rd & 4th FDL tendons
I: Medial side of proximal phalanx and dorsal expansion of 2-5 EDL tendons
A: Flexes 2nd-5th MTP joints; assits in extension of 2nd-5th IP joints
N: Medial plantar nerve (S1-S2)-1st one, Lateral plantar nerve (S2-S3) - 2-4
BS: Medial & Lateral Plantar arteries

O: Medial plantar surface of cuboid; adjacent lateral cuniform
I: Medial lateral surface of base of proximal phalanx; sesmoids
A: Flexion of 1st toe

O: Oblique Head-base of metatarsals; Transverse Head-plantar 2nd-4th MTP ligaments of 3rd-5th toes
I: Lateral side of base of proximal phalanx of 1st toe
A: Adducts 1st toe, helps with flexion

O: Two heads attach to adjacent sides of MT bones
I: Sides of the proximal phalanx; capsule of MTP joint, 1-medial side of 2nd toe; 2-4 - lateral sides of 2nd-4th toe
A: Abducts 2nd-4th toes; assists in 2nd-4th MTP joint flexion
N: Lateral Plantar Nerve (S2-S3)

O: Medial bases of 3rd-5th MT bones I: Medial bases of 3rd-5th phalanges A: Adducts 3rd-5th toes; assists in 3rd-5th MTP flexion N: Lateral Plantar Nerve (S2-S3) BS: Posterior Tibial Artery
Extensor Digitorum Brevis
O: Distal part of superior and lateral surfaces of calcaneus
I: Join lateral side of EDL tendon to 2nd-4th toes
A: Extends 2nd-4th MTP joints; assists in the extension of 2nd-4th IP joints
N: Deep peroneal (L5-S1)
BS: Dorsalis Pedis artery
Extensor Hallucis Brevis
O: Distal part of superior and lateral surfaces of calcaneus
I: Dorsal surface of base of proximal phalanx of 1st toe
A: Extends MTP joint of 1st toe
N: Deep peroneal (L5-S1)
