What is self?
The self is a person’s essential being that distinguishes them from others.It includes aspects like self-awareness, self-concept, self-esteem, and self-regulation. How individuals perceive and think about themselves.

The same way we form opinions about other people and the relationship with others in which is guides our communication and relationships with others.

What is identity?
