A
IVF, vasopressors. Abx including anaerobes. Anticoagulation. Surgery.

A
Nl = 5-7mmHg I= 12-15mmHg. II=16-20mmHg. III=21-25mmHg. IV=>25mmHg.

Definition of abdominal compartment syndrome?
A
Intra-abdominal hypertension >20mmHg (Grade 3+), or any new organ dysfunction w/o other cause w/ IAH.

Goal abdominal perfusion pressure?
A
> 60 (mortality benefit)

Treatment of acute cholangitis?
A
ERCP is gold standard. Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangiography w/ catheter placement is an option; needs to stay in place for 6 weeks. No more emergent surgery.
