Child may not inherit unless: c declared child legitimate, court established paternity, father legally attested to child, father signed birth certificate, clear and convincing evidence of fathers intent to distribute to child OR DNA 97% match.
Post-humous children
Child may share in estate if: was conceived during the decedents life, was born w/n 10 months of decedents death, and survives birth by at least 120 hours.
