- declared in a writing signed by T w/n 30 days of making a transfer, OR
- advancement acknowledged in writing signed by recipient at any time.

A
To determine shares following an advancement, amount of adv is added to probate estate and shares are then determined. the amount of the advancement is then deducted from the recipients share.
