PLANNING AN INTERVIEW
- Determine the goals or research focus of your interviews
- Develop a list of general questions that you want to ask during the interview.
- Develop your interview guide with the general questions and basic script for the interview.
- Recruit participants who meet your screening criteria
- Create and assemble any forms or documents that you need
- If you are visiting different companies/places, prepare a briefing memo
- Pilot test the entire interview process
