Tell us about a time when you have provided clinical advice over the phone…
Worked in a busy maternity day assessment unit, triaging calls from women calling multiple times over a short period. Talking them through various issues from reduced fetal movement and antenatal bleeding - triaging them appropriately to assess their ongoing care needs. These can be highly emotional conversations, but I am able to discuss professionally and calmly, providing them with the right advice and next steps.
