Drugs, Radiation, Connect Tissue Disease, Occupation (organic and inorganic)
Ventilation and Vasculature characteristics of ILD?
Ventilation: Alveolar hyperventilation
Vasculatures: thickening of vessel walls (Pulm HTN not a concern)
ILD is an obstructive or restrictive defect?
ILD is an restrictive defect leading to reduced compliance and reduced volumes (TLC, FVC, FEV1)
