What is the management?

A

Hypersensitivity reaction due to drugs or infection leading to acute inflammation

Presentation:

  • AKI
  • hypertension
  • rash
  • fever
  • eosinophilia

Treat the underlying hypersensitivity
Steroids to reduce the inflammation + improve recovery
