A

Suggests no effect, this is what is believed until you gather enough evidence to reject it. Therefore you can then develop alternative hypothesis (H1)

A

A measure of association between an exposure and an outcome

What is a confidence interval?

A

It gives a range of plausible values for the parameter.

What is the mean, median and mode?

A

Mean - Average (add up values and then divide by number of values),
Median - When all values are line up in order, it is the value in the middle.
Mode - The value that comes up most frequently.
