B101 Required Insurance

- Employer’s insurance
- Professional liability

- AIA contain waivers of subrogation that assumes the owner carries property insurance (a universal waiver)
Employment practice liability insurance
To protect from wrongful termination
Workers’ compensation
Wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment.

Projects done before retirement and still within the statute of limitation/repose.
