A

If an aircraft approaches a fix within 30 degrees of the outbound track, i.e. pretty much opposite to the inbound, the pilot may request a procedure turn approach with the words “request procedure turn approach”. When cleared for the approach, follow the below procedure:

At the fix turn onto the outbound track, fly for one minute, Turn into the pattern on the outbound - 45 degrees and fly for 1 min. Turn in the opposite direction and intercept the inbound radial.
