Have patient stand in front of doctor who is sitting at the level of the patients PSIS; bilaterally monitor the inferior aspects of the PSIS and have the patient bend forward; monitor to see which PSIS moves first and furthest

A

Have patient supine; bilaterally contact the ASIS and induce a posterior and medial force on one ASIS at a time noting hard end feel; positive test is a hard end feel
