What is the first step of the machine
A
Plastic or powder granules are fed from the hopper into a hollow steel barrel

A
The heaters melt the plastic as the screw moves it along towards the mould

A
Once the plastic has been melted it is forced into a mould by hydraulic system

Pressure is maintained on the mould until it has cooled enough to open
