How the facts are relevant to themselves. Do you need trx? What effect will the treatment have on you?
Reasoning
Ability to compare options (comparative reasoning) and infer consequences of a choice (consequential reasoning)
Justice
treat patients equally and fairly
beneficience
maximise beneficience to enhance pt’s well being
nonmaleficience
avoid doing harm, minimise harm to pat
