- Oral for severe such as antibiotics and anti-androgens (females)

- Chronic inflammatory disease due to hyperproliferation of keratinocytes and inflammatory cell infiltration
- Well demarcated erythematous scaly plaques
- Topical therapies : Vitamin D, analogues, corticosteroids
- Oral (severe) : methotrexate, ciclosporin
