Q

Give an acount (abscess).

A

Acute inflammation manifested by collection of pus may caused by seeding of pyogenic organisms into a tissue or by secondary necrotic foci.
Abscesses have central large necrotic region rimmed by neutrophils and fibroblasts(to repair).
May replaced by C.T. because of destruction of underlying tissue, the usual outcome with its formation (scarring).
It’s maybe small wich absorbed then healing, or LARGE wich is absorbed at a very slow rate thus pointing and rapture well occur.
May spread leads to enlarged and may spread to lymphatic tissue or to blood. Might occur some complications when evacuate or healing lead to ulcer, hemorrhage, rapture etc.
