- Day 21 progesterone: establish ovulation, TSH, Rubella immunity, Chlamydia screen, Ensure cervical smear up to date, Diagnostic semen analysis
- Female ultrasound, Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) for tubal/pelvic defects, Hysteroscopy

Duration unexplained infertility 2y
Up to 3 cycles treatment
