2 Antipseudomonal + MRSA
TB
Rifampin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol
Ethambutol SE
Optic Neuritis
Pyrazinamide CI
Acute Gout and Hepatic Damage
Traveler’s Diarrhea
Fluoroquinolone’s + Loperamide

Pen G Benz 2.4 million units IM Once
