- Haemolytic anaemia secondary to cold agglutins IfM
PCP complication
Pneumothorax
- PCP causes cystic changes in lungs -> more prone to collapse
In HIV patients with PCP, sudden dyspnea + pleuritic pain
Think pneumothorax!
Prophylactic meningitis N.Meningitidis abx
Ciprofloxacin / Rifampicin
