What are the causes of non resolving pneumonia?
CHAOS
Complication - empyema, lung abscess
Host - immunocompromised
Antibiotic - inadequate dose, poor oral absorption
Organism - resistant or unexpected
Second diagnosis - PR, cancer, organising pneumonia
