what symptoms are related to hypoglycaemia?
lethargy/drowsiness
poor feeding/vomiting
hypothermia
grunting/tachypnoea
sweating
irritability
jittery/tremulous movements
hypotonia
How do you sample for the procedure?
hold foot downwards, gently massage heel for a minute
lancet firmly in correct site
wipe away first two drops
collect the 3rd drop in the slide
