Prodromal: fever, malaise, LOA
Rash: small red papules -> non-umbilicated vesicles w/ erythematous base -> ulcerate, crust, heal
Shingles
Acute neuritis along dermatome -> eruption of papules -> crust & heal
Infectious mononucleosis
Fever, lymphadenopathy, tonsillar pharyngitis
CMV
Mononucleosis-like syndrome: lymphadenopathy, tonsillar pharyngitis
Others: retinitis, hepatitis, encephalitis, pneumonitis
Roseola
High fever
Generalized MP rash after fever subsides
Febrile seizures
Measles
4D+3C: 4 day fever, cough, coryza, conjunctivitis
Koplik’s spots
Macular rash from head down
Mumps
