Work was preformed on a larger scale in a centralized location and they were able to produce materials on a larger scale and at a faster rate.
How was the Transportation System(Railroads) a positive example of economic growth?
Factories can be spread apart and raw materials can come from longer distances away, can transport finished goods quicker and more efficiently, linking railroads helps to increase the size of markets for products.
How was Immigration a positive example of economic growth?
Laborers are working in factories, skilled workers(welders, plumbers, etc.), help develop growth/expansion of the U.S.A
