why was there a great reform act?

A

Tory government was ousted later in 1830, Earl Grey, a Whig, became Prime Minister and pledged to carry out parliamentary reform.
because all the human rights violation was starting to be real inefficient and dangerous

A

Chadwick was like y’all we can’t keep doing all this. and after another cholera outbreak they agree

allowed city to get loans to clean up the city. generally set up committees to deal with all this.

wasn’t effective but it was a good start
