What does Banduras SLT state?
States that people learn through observation and modelling, where social interactions shape their behaviour
What was banduras experiment?
Adults acted aggressively towards bobo doll infront of child
When child was left alone it imitated the adult’s aggressive behaviour
What is SLT in simple terms?
A child listens and watches role models
They then learn aggressive behaviours if they are exposed to it
What is vicarious reinforcement?
This is where the child may observe the consequences of aggressive behaviour.
Reward= more likely to repeat
What does eysencks theory state?
States that certain personality types link to criminality
What are the different personality types?
Extraversion - sociable, active
Neuroticism - depressed, anxious
Psychotism - aggressive, antisocial
