Food consumption.

A

Is your produce in season? – seasonal produce will be fresher, cheaper and have a lower carbon footprint (emissions) – cheaper can mean more people now and in the future can afford the product.

How are the animals treated? – Sustainable farming should use rotational grazing to encourage the regrowth of grass and minimize soil compaction. This can ensure fresh grass for animals, making them healthier now and in the future
