Indications for:
Parathyroidectomy for primary hyperparathyroidism
A
1) Age < 50 yo
2) Osteoporosis w/DEXA T-score <2.5 at any site
3) Prior fragility or vertebral fracture
4) Cr clearance <60 mL/min
5) Nephrolithiasis or elevated 24hr urine calcium > 400 mg/d
6) Calcium > 1 mg/dl above ULN
