A

Any injury which required hospitalization for more than 48 hours within 7 days of the accident

Fractured bone

Severe hemorrhaging

Nerve/muscle/tendon damage

Damage involving internal organs

Damage involves 2nd/3rd degree burns affecting more than 5% of the body
