God is three persons : the father , the son and the holy spirit . The second person in the trinity is called the word of god. The word of god became human in the form of Jesus. Jesus is called”the word of god made flesh”

Some religions are reluctant to portray god im art becuase:
It isnt possible to portray god accurately. An infinite hod cant be represented uding finite humsn means. Art can mislead people about the nature of god, it can give erong ideas. Praying to an image or statue cwn mislead people. The image or statue is being eorshipped as a god breaking second commwndment
