A

These are the quickest source of energy because they are broken down quickly for a sourse of energy. For example sugar, honey, syrubs and cake basically anything made in a factory.

What is Protein?

A

Protein is part of a balanced diet. It helps with growth, immune functions, preserving lean muscle mass. It is found in meat, poultry, cheese, fish and milk.

What are the three types of fats and give me examples.

A

Trans fats that you try to avoid completly such as Fried foods, Baked food and all fast food. Saturated fats you have sometimes such as cresam, meat, coconut oil, palm oil and milk. Unsaturated fats are healthy because they lower the risk of heart disease and give you energy for the day. Such as avocado, extra virgin olive oil, salmon and nuts.
