- Power Automate flows (stay with Creator)
- PowerBI reports (copy them over from the old workspace)
- Projects and Roadmaps (similar to PowerBI)

- Conversations
- M365 Group (they are synched)
- Plans from Planner (export before deletion)
- Forms
- Dataverse for Teams environment (Except if upgraded to Dataverse DB)

Which group type can be upgraded to a M365 Group and where ?
a Distribution List, in Exchange Admin center or via PowerShell Upgrade-MgGroup. Restrictions apply ( no on-prem, no nested, less than 100 owners, no owner, etc…)
How do you prevent users from creating M365 groups ?
Create a security group and use Powershell script to only allow group creation to members of this group.

- Group(s) with the highest ranking for this policy
- Org-Wide policy

No. Each group should be assigned policies
