- Last 5 months moved from Alliance Role to a Track-Specific Package Role.
- Second Evaluator on one of the Lots.
- Moved to Lead Evaluator on another.
- Public Procurement – very strict rules.
- Secure Area Working
- Number of Legal Challenges against HS2
- Role has a high degree of responsibility – built up reputation.
- Turnover of Staff – continuity
- Travel to SH – 6 hour round trip
- Cannot work on the train
- Reduced my carbon footprint
- Also been able to recover delays in procurement review process.
- Done this whilst working remotely
- Maintaining open, honest and two-way relationship with the client.
- SW works 4 days a week – maintained.

- Gut Instinct – No
- What can we do to make sure that it does align?
- Stretch ambitions of client so that they align with our values and give us opportunities?

How do you think you can improve a current process to make it more sustainable?
A
How we store / send and receive digital information to make it more sustainable. Emails have a carbon footprint. 36,000 people 100 emails per week - nearly 20m emails a year in Arcadis.
