A
  • Like to think that there is no significant change as I am already doing most of the role.
  • I will still lead from the front, I will still be enthusiastic and I will still support and empower my team.
  • Team Leader Role - last 12 months.
  • Shows my team that there is a path of progression through the business.
  • Confirmation validates what I have been doing the role well and I am a trusted employee.
  • Not to say that there is not room for improvement as there is.
  • People centric organisation -people first team and self development. Wellbeing - MH Advocates
  • Communicate and Implement.

Wellbeing Empower Development (Skills Powered Org)

What changes will you make (if promoted) to enable you to focus more on the new role?

A

Renewed Focus on Wellbeing - Mental Health First Aiders.
Empower Team - I want members of the team to take ownership in some of the aspects of the commission. (CSR, Timesheets and Billing)
Promote that my team get involved in wider Rail and Arcadis initiatives. (e.g. I am involved in the SEG’s with Matt Talliss).
D&I, Operational Rigour.
