Any religious group that aims to go back to what are regarded as the original and ‘true’ beliefs and practises of the faith.

Rely on digital technology to spread their message even though they seek to return to ‘traditional’ ways of life — some suggest this is a reaction to processes of cultural imperialism & homogenisation.
