When staff are following policies, the business will be more efficient
The organization could receive fines for not following policies such as UK GDPR
Less likely to have workplace accidents
What does an impact assessment include?
Who will benefit from the policy/procedure
who was consulted
what groups will be affected
will the impact be positive, negative or neutral
how will effectiveness be monitored
