A

MOA - antimetabolite precursor of 6-mercaptopurine -> inhibits lymphocyte proliferation by blocking nucleotide synthesis
Use - RA, Crohn’s, glomerulonephritis, lupus nephritis, kidney transplants
SE - 6-MP is degraded by xanthine oxidase; increased toxicity with allopurinol

Use - lupus nephritis
