Define type 3 hypersensitivity
It is when the body over produces IgG and it binds with antigens to form a large antigen protein complex that can oclude vasculature. This results in vasculitis and necrosis which leads to swelling. It is very painful.
What is an Arthus reaction
It is a type 3 hyper sensitivity to a vaccine.
