A

Contact dermatitis - 30-40 allergens placed on back, patched removed 48hr later and then results red 48 hour after.

A

linked w pollen allergies, seasonal variation.
IgE mediated toward specific RAW fruits/veggies/nuts/spices (commonly raw veggies like carrots)
Cross reactivity w non-food allergies (like Birch)
Mostly lips/tongue/mouth/throat. Non systemic
