commonly occurs after a allogenic hemotologic cell transplant
maculopapular rash
diarrhea
mildly elevated liver enzymes
*GVHD occurs when donor T-cells attack host cells because of a minor histologic antigen mismatch. Treat GVHD with immunosuppression (methotrexate + tacrolimus)
