Primary immune deficiencies: Inherited defects in immune response genes
Secondary immune deficiencies: Acquired immune dysfunction

A
SCID MOUSE:
> Defective lymphocyte differentiation
> No B or T-cells
Transplant human lymphoid tissue and cells. gives you a mouse with a human immune system
ATHYMIC NUDE MOUSE:
> No functional thymus
> Therefore no T-cells
No T-cells—-> effects the humoral immune response (Ab)
