CD19 = B Cells

Shows low B and T cells

A

Patient is lacking B cells that are positive for MHC Class II

Bare lymphocyte syndrome

Deficient in CD4 Cells but still have T cells

Deficienct in gammaglobulins

Presence of T cells but shows none with CD40L so they can’t be activated

Will not get class switching
