Ab to foreign proteins produced (5 days after Ag exposure) ->
Ag-Ab IC form + deposit in MEMB ->
Ag-Ab IC fix complement -> Tis damage.

CAUSES: Drugs (MC) or Serum

PRES: 5-10 days after Ag exposure

  • Arthralgias
  • Fever
  • Lymphadenopathy
  • Proteinuria
  • Urticaria
