Varivax (Varicella)

High risk 2-10yo (asplenia, complement deficiency, travel/reside in country where meningococcal disease is epidemic)
Contraindications: latex allergy, hx of allergic reactino to diphtheria toxoid, Guillain-Barre Syndrome
HPV

Cervarix (HPV2): serotypes 16 & 18, 9-25 yo females only
Gardasil (HPV4): serotypes 6,11,16,18, 9-26yo females AND males
Influenza
INACTIVATED
1st Dose: 6 months
Total Doses: Annually, <9yo need 2 doses the first year they receive influenza vaccine (4 weeks apart)
Contraindications: egg allergy
Flu Mist
WEAKENED
For healthy people 2-49yo (<9yo need 2 doses 1st time)
Contraindications: egg allergy, asthmatics, on aspirin therapy, weakened immune system, pregnant women, hx of Guillain-Barre Syndrome
Synagis (RSV immunoprophylaxis)
NOT A VACCINE
For high risk children <2yo
Monthly injections during RSV season
