Q

How can an inhibitor effect hiv replication

A

Person infected with hiv has hiv dna in their dna , therefore new hiv particles are still made however the reverse transcriptase is inhibited and therefore is unable to create new hiv dna , stopping the production of new hiv particles in high stops the destruction of helper T cells and the fore the immune system will still work
