What is passive immunity?

antibodies have not been made by the user, introduced antibodies decline relatively quickly and do not provide long lasting immunity to the receiver

antibodies are produced within the person in response to exposure to a particular antigen

a substance that is capable of stimulating an immune response. Specifically, they activate lymphocytes (body’s infection-fighting white blood cells)
