Defines the liability of bodies corporate, officers of bodies and members of partnerships in relation to S.21

1 and 1(a) if an employee knows a fact or has RGB, the the body corporate shall be treated the same.

2 works the same the other way. If a body corporate commits the crime with the knowledge or connivance of an officer (director, manager, secretary, partner or person purporting to act as such) the officer is also guilty.
